Dear Elliott County School Community,
I am writing to inform you of a minor bus incident that occurred this morning, November 14, 2025. One of our school buses experienced a brief issue while in route to pick up students. The driver responded immediately and followed all district safety procedures.
No injuries were reported. There were no students on the bus at the time of the incident. Another bus arrived promptly to complete the route, and all students were transported to school without further disruption.
We want to reassure our families that student safety is always our highest priority. Our transportation staff and school administrators reviewed the incident, and appropriate steps were taken to ensure continued safe operation of all buses.
