The Elliott County Board of Education is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide student photography and yearbook services for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year.
The selected vendor will be expected to provide comprehensive services district-wide, which may include, but are not limited to:
• Spring individual student portraits • Senior portraits and cap-and-gown photography • Class group photos (as requested) • Athletic, club, and organization photography • Event photography as needed • Design, production, and distribution of school yearbooks • Online ordering platform for families • Customer service support for parents and school staff
Vendors should include in their proposal:
1. Company background and experience with K–12 school districts
2. Detailed description of photography services offered
3. Yearbook publishing platform details and design support
4. Pricing structure for students, families, and the district
5. Commission or revenue-sharing proposals (if applicable)
6. Production timelines and delivery guarantees
7. References from at least three current or recent school district clients
8. Proof of insurance and any required certifications
The Elliott County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to select the proposal deemed most advantageous to the district.
Proposals must be received no later than March 13, 2026 at 1:00 pm and should be clearly marked “Photography and Yearbook Proposals.” which can be mailed or delivered to:
