The ECHS JROTC program held the Fall Promotion Board on 6 OCT 21. This board is conducted each Fall and Spring to promote Cadets and build communication skills. Everyone that participated in the board had to answer questions about JROTC and express where they see themselves in the future within the program. Cadets will be promoted based on the number of questions they answered correctly, attitude, and leadership potential.
