The Elliott County Board of Education hereby invites offers to purchase surplus property, which is owned by the Board, and will be sold through a sealed bid process. Written, sealed bids shall be labeled “Sealed Bid: Isonville Property and will be accepted at the Elliott County Board of Education Office, 100 South KY 7, Sandy Hook, KY 41171 until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2022 when they will be opened and tabulated.
Bids will be considered at the regular meeting of the Board on November 17, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. Any and all bids are subject to approval of the Elliott County Board of Education. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all offers.
If the highest proposed purchase price submitted is the same in more than one offer, then the Board will invite those bidders to submit a second “best and final” proposal within four (4) business days. The property shall be sold in "as-is" condition. The successful purchaser agrees that it will be acquiring the property in an “as-is” condition with all faults and conditions then existing on the property.
