Sandy Hook Elementary Christmas plays for grades K-6 will ALL take place Thursday 12/19 due to school closures. Students in grades K-2 will begin at 5:30. Performances of students in grades 3-6 will begin at 7:00. If you are a parent of an intermediate student, please don’t come until 6:45. Seating is limited in the Performing Arts Center and we want everyone to be able to enjoy the play without having to stand. Doors will not open until 5:00 to begin seating! Thank you and we look forward to seeing everyone!
There will be no school in Elliott County today, Wednesday, December 18, due to icy roadways. The District spelling bee and the Sandy Hook Elementary Christmas play scheduled for this evening will not be affected by this closure.

Congratulations to Elliott 7th and 8th girls for their win over Fairview Middle last night. The girls will travel to East Carter tonight, September 12.
8th grade night is scheduled for September 30th. 8th grade ceremony will be held after the 7th grade game.



Junior and Senior Drama class enjoyed the first week back at ECHS!

We will be conducting our school bus evacuation drills today after school. Buses will arrive home a little later than usual.
Kinley Lewis and Natalie Barker attended the ACTION program this summer at the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center. This was a 5 week program based on oncology research and patient care. This is the first year that high school students have eligible to participate.
