The Elliott County Board of Education has made a new policy for the 2023-2024 school year that only clear backpacks will be allowed in the buildings and purses may be no larger than 9 X 11 inches. All sports/duffle bags must either be left in a vehicle or turned into the office at the beginning of the school day. We appreciate everyone's cooperation as we work to make our schools safer. Elliott Schools' Superintendent Vacancy
The Elliott County Board of Education is seeking a visionary, innovative leader who values transparency. This leader shall be an excellent communicator and relationship builder who is adept at critical thinking and problem solving and is able to make sound and swift decisions based on what is best for students. This leader shall also possess strong financial intelligence and have successful teaching and administrative experience. Valid Kentucky superintendent credentials are required.
